The perfect opportunity for you to view our stunning function rooms including our Olympic Suite and to discuss ideas for your special day.
Our regular wedding fayre’s and open evenings are the perfect opportunity to look round this beautiful venue including our famous Olympic Suite, to meet the team and to meet wedding specialists who can complement your big day. Booking is not necessary, all our fayre’s are free admission and we have our own car park.
The following dates are for our next wedding open day’s;
Saturday 21st March 2020 from 12pm-3pm.
We will be opening our doors for you to come along and have a look around our beautiful venue. A little hidden gem hidden behind the frontage of The White Swan Hotel stands our stunning Olympic Suite, decked out with all the original oak panelling from the SS Olympic which was the sister ship to the titanic.
You will be welcomed with a glass of fizz at the door, you will then be free to have a look around our Olympic Suite, Castle Suite and a selection of bedrooms at your leisure. A selection of hand picked suppliers will also be on hand to help with the finishing touches to your special day such as AMDJ Wedding Discos, Plumb and Rabbitts Cake Studio, Hotspur 1364 , Lee Gibbins Photography , Victorias Hair Salon and more.

Free parking is available both in hotel car park and council car park to rear of hotel.
