Funeral & Life Celebrations
Our dedicated team has many years of experience hosting funeral and life celebrations receptions in Alnwick, and will ensure that every detail is attended to discreetly and sympathetically.
We can offer a choice of complimentary private rooms for your event and there is ample free car parking for your guests.
Special Accommodation rates are also available for guests requiring an overnight stay, and we can provide all types of refreshments for your reception.
We will endeavour to make the day as easy as possible for you and your guests, and we can cater to any requirements, so please feel free to ask.

Set in heart of Alnwick the Olympic overlooks the hotels courtyard gardens ideal for those balmy summer evenings – celebrate your Prom in style at White Swan Hotel in Northumberland.
Private Dinners
For special occasions White Swan can offer either the Castle or and the RMS Olympic Dining Suite. For smaller gatherings the Castle Suite is ideal as it overlooking the rear courtyard garden. For those rather larger events for up to 100, RMS Olympic Dining Suite with its magnificent panelling, mirrors and stained glass windows from the Titanic’s sister ship make it the ideal as it also has a dedicated bar and access to the courtyard garden.
