Classic Wedding Breakfast

Starters

  • Roast vine tomato and basil soup, basil mascarpone
  • Pressing of ham, chicken & wild mushrooms, white bean velouté
  • Poached salmon Caesar salad
  • Radicchio wrapped goats cheese and pesto mousse, sauce gazpacho

Mains

  • Confit duck leg, duck spring roll, sweet potato dauphinoise, fine beans, orange and ginger jus
  • Butter roast chicken breast, confit tomato, fondant potato, chargrilled courgette, tomato and herb sauce
  • Seared sea bream, crushed herb potatoes, ratatouille, prawn cannelloni
  • Butternut squash and thyme risotto, grilled halloumi

  • Chocolate and Baileys marquise, soft chocolate chip cookie
  • French apple tart, vanilla ice cream
  • Raspberry frangipane, macerated strawberries with black pepper

Willow Wedding Breakfast

  • Leek and potato soup, Guinness cream, blue cheese crostini
  • Rabbit terrine, Madeira jelly, toasted sourdough
  • Smoked salmon and crab, herb route, lime mayonnaise, pea shoots
  • Vine tomato, roast red pepper and mozzarella tian, watercress and basil pesto

Mains

  • Poached & roast corn fed chicken breast, chive creamed mash, Madeira and tarragon
  • Roast pork tenderloin, Parma ham, braised baby gem, white beans, chorizo and thyme
  • Sauté sea bass, roast potato, green beans and asparagus, mussels and white wine
  • Caramelised shallot and artichoke gratin, goat’s cheese bon bon, herb dressing

Deserts

  • Warm chocolate fondant, vanilla ice cream
  • Glazed lemon tart, lemon sorbet, hazelnut praline
