Our chefs create a seasonally-changing menu using the freshest, finest ingredients sourced as close to the hotel as we can. Yorkshire produce and fresh fish from Whitby is our speciality. And we’ve the restaurant to suit your mood, with a bistro lunch or bar snacks, or an elegant dining experience in Conyers Restaurant with its fine tableware and immaculately dressed tables, and lovely views over the hotel’s grounds.
