Dining at Roundthorn Country House
The Roundthorn Country House offers residents an informal dining experience, with our Supper Menu served in our cosy bar and lounge areas.
The menu includes traditional Cumbrian dishes, all prepared using the best locally sourced ingredients. Alternatively we can recommend local inns and restaurants to you and have a selection of menus from some of our own favourite ‘haunts’ in Reception for you to look through, and we would be more than happy to make a booking on your behalf if required.

Take the stress out of Sundays and relax in the Roundthorn’s elegant surroundings. If the weather behaves you could even have your starters in the garden…..
The only thing we can’t promise is the sunshine, but we’ll keep our fingers tightly crossed!
