Our rooms have taken this lakeside hotel to a new level of luxury and comfort.
Each room has its own unique character, cosy and intimate, or spacious and grand, and many have views over the hotel’s gardens and Lake Windermere.
Maybe choose from our Classic or Garden rooms with there comfortable beds. Or, treat yourself to one of our deluxe Lake View rooms or our Executive Lodge Suites.
Meanwhile, our Courtyard and Family Suites set new standards in luxury and privacy for mums, dads, youngsters and teens.
We do welcome dogs to stay in our Garden rooms, so giving guests the option to holiday with their trusty companion.

Our cosy double rooms have been designed with your comfort in mind. These rooms are smaller and overlook the internal courtyard area of the hotel.

These rooms are situated in the country house wing of the hotel, with access to their own private garden . Featuring individual antique furnishings, and king or twin size bed with views of the gardens and up towards the lake and Gummers How Fell.
We welcome well-behaved dogs to stay with their owners in these rooms.

Many of our Classic rooms feature a King and Twin size bed and are located in the peaceful country house wing of the hotel.

Courtyard Junior Suite (Courtyard Family)

These spacious and very popular rooms feature a lounge area within the room and king size bed overlooking the inner courtyard of the hotel. A second internal bedroom with bunk beds allows these suites to become the perfect family suite.

Our interconnecting rooms offer extra space for families to make themselves at home. Two individual rooms are connected privately by an outer door from the corridor. Each bedroom is en suite with its own bathroom. This spacious option gives children the independence of having their own room whilst being under the watchful eye of their parents.
Classic Junior Suites

Our more spacious Classic Junior Suites feature a King or twin sized beds and enjoy woodland views with a small lounge area within the room.
A sofa bed provides a comfortable space for a child and there is ample space to add a cot or z-bed if required.

Our ground floor terrace rooms offer the choice of kingsize or twin beds and benefit from patio doors opening onto a furnished terrace and garden leading directly to the lake.
