The Old Swan
With its magnificent glass-ceiling and elegant Victorian proportions, the Wedgwood Restaurant at The Old Swan has to be one of the most impressive dining rooms anywhere. Be transported to another era when fine dining was to be savoured and enjoyed. And we’ve maintained that tradition with seasonally-changing menus featuring only the best available produce, and exciting dishes to linger over. The White Swan
The White Swan in Alnwick offers two dining options, right in the heart of the town. The Olympic Suite Restaurant is an exceptional experience and features the original panelling, mirrors, ceiling and stained glass salvaged from RMS Olympic, the Titanic’s sister ship. The head chef and his team put together seasonally-changing menus using fresh, local produce and offering a wide range of dishes. Complimenting this is an extensive wine list.
The more informal Bistro, Hardy’s, with its relaxing atmosphere and large windows overlooking Alnwick High Street, offers a bistro-style menu with a selection of light dishes, salads and a full three-course menu. Vouchers can be redeemed for either dining experience.
Bagden Hall
The elegant Glendale Restaurant offers fine table d’hôte overlooking the hotel’s beautiful grounds and is the perfect spot for a celebration or a treat, or for a relaxing evening with great food. Our chefs create all our dishes from the very best seasonal ingredients, local to Yorkshire whenever possible, and our seasonally-changing menu includes classic British dishes, and cuisine from around the world. An extensive wine list picks the cream of Old and New World wine producers.
Farington Hall
Farington Lodge’s Garden Restaurant, open to non-residents, has a unique and elegant atmosphere reflecting the history of this fine house. Our head chef has put together a seasonally-changing à la carte menu that blends classical influences with a fresh contemporary twist and the best seasonal ingredients. Grinkle Park
Good food is a passion at Grinkle Park, and seasonally-changing menus are prepared using the freshest, finest ingredients sourced as close to the hotel as we can. Yorkshire produce and fresh fish from Whitby is our speciality. And we’ve the restaurant to suit your mood, with a bistro lunch or bar snacks, or an elegant dining experience in Conyers Restaurant with its fine tableware, immaculately dressed tables, and lovely views over the hotel’s gardens. Grovefield House
Grovefield House’s rosetted Hamiltons Restaurant offers an innovative menu that changes daily, and combines hearty classic British dishes, including our famous homemade pies, with modern European cuisine. Our kitchen team, under Head Chef Imad, sources local ingredients, including game and lamb, whenever possible and offers a menu with the freshest seasonal ingredients, making it amongst the best dining near Windsor.
