Book a stay direct at a Classic Lodges hotel on-line and we’ll give you a £5 per person voucher on arrival to spend on food or drink during your stay.
This Book Direct Offer applies to best rate available bed and breakfast and room only bookings booked online only.
Terms and Conditions
Voucher can only be redeemed upon check out and is not valid at our Partner Hotels.
Vouchers can only we used against additional food or beverages bought during stay.
Vouchers cannot be used as additional discount on any accommodation packages such as Christmas party nights, weddings or group bookings.
Only one voucher per person, per room, per booking will be issued for individual bookings only (Maximum 2 vouchers per room).
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or third party offers.
Photocopied vouchers will be invalid and if lost will not be replaced.
Vouchers cannot be used as cash or exchanged for cash during your stay.
Vouchers remain the property of Classic Lodges Hotels who reserves the right to cancel this offer without notice.
Normal booking terms apply, including cancellation policies.
Best Rates
The Classic Lodges Hotel website gives you the best possible rate at any Classic Lodges Hotel – and that’s guaranteed!
That means that we guarantee you won’t find a cheaper rate for an equivalent stay with the same terms and conditions on any internet site. Book a Classic Lodges Hotel direct with us either with the Hotel or through our Central Reservations Team, and you can be confident that you are getting the best rate available publicly for the room of your choice.
If you find a lower publicly available rate for the hotel in question on another website within 24 hours of making your booking, then we will double the difference between the rates.
Simply call us on 01257 238730, or email us here, and tell us where you have seen the rate (with the website url). We will confirm your discount once we have verified the lower rate. Please don’t hesitate to call us if you have any questions.
Terms and Conditions
You must have a confirmed room reservation made through either Classic Lodges Central Reservations, direct at the property or on Classic Lodges website on the lowest rate that was available at the time of booking in order for the Price Promise to apply.
If a lower rate is found within 24 hours of your confirmed booking, a Price Promise claim must be submitted to Classic Lodges customerservices@classiclodges.co.uk together with a screen-shot showing the booking detail, the lower quoted rate, your details and booking reference number.
Any lower rate must be for the same property, room type, number of people, dates and have the same restrictions and rules as rate booked with Classic Lodges.
Any Price Promise claim must be submitted within 24 hours of booking and also must be received not less than one day prior to the arrival date to allow time for claim to be processed.
The Price Promise does not apply to any non-public rates (e.g. negotiated corporate rates; group, event, banqueting, wedding or conference rates; net rates or rates linked to any other promotion or voucher).
The Price Promise does not apply to rates available on ‘opaque’ websites where the hotel brand and specific hotel are not known until the booking is made (e.g., Priceline.com, Hotwire.com).
The Price Promise does not apply to pre-agreed rates with specific clubs, societies, groups or organisations or closed user groups.
The Price Promise does not apply to reservations made within 24 hours of arrival.
On a booking for multiple nights, each night will be checked on an individual basis for rate comparison.
You may only submit one claim for each stay. A ‘stay’ means the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same hotel by the same guest or guests.
No claims can be submitted based on fluctuations or disparity in currency exchange rates.
Partner Hotels’ own independent websites and their booking engines are deemed to be an extension of the Classic Lodges Website and therefore cannot be used as a comparison under the Price Promise scheme. Prices at Partner Hotels as advertised on the Classic Lodges’ website are included in our price Promise. Classic Lodges reserve the right to modify or cancel the Price Promise at any time without prior notice.
