Your Welcome Pack
Once you join Chapters Club, we’ll send your welcome pack in the post, a little something to mark the beginning of your membership with us.
Inside, you’ll find your physical Chapters Club membership card, your £25 Food & Beverage voucher and a welcome card from the Classic Lodges team, along with a reminder of the benefits waiting for you across our hotels.

Chapters Club FAQs
Chapters Club membership costs £25. This is a one-off lifetime membership fee.
Membership is lifetime. Once you join Chapters Club, there are no annual renewal fees.
When you join Chapters Club, you’ll receive a physical welcome pack including your Chapters Club membership card, a £25 Food & Beverage voucher and a welcome card from the Classic Lodges team.
You’ll also unlock exclusive member benefits, including 12.5% off accommodation when booking direct, 12.5% off spa treatments and access to member-only offers throughout the year.
Your £25 Food & Beverage voucher can be redeemed against food and beverage during a stay at participating Classic Lodges hotels.
The voucher must be applied to a guest room account and can only be used once. No cash alternative, change or credit will be given.
Chapters Club members receive 12.5% off accommodation when booking direct with Classic Lodges.
Details of how to access your member rate will be shared once you join. Member rates are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.

Your membership remains active even if your physical card is lost, and our team will be able to advise on a replacement card.
Chapters Club members receive 12.5% off eligible spa treatments at Lakeside Hotel and The Ambleside Salutation Hotel & Spa.
Spa treatments must be booked directly with the hotel to receive the member discount. The discount is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other spa offer, package or promotion unless otherwise stated.
Chapters Club benefits are available at participating Classic Lodges hotels.
Accommodation discounts, member offers and Food & Beverage voucher redemptions can be used across participating hotels, subject to availability. The spa discount is available on eligible treatments at Lakeside Hotel & Spa and The Ambleside Salutation Hotel & Spa only, and must be booked directly with the hotel.
