This Victorian country house hosts festive events throughout December and retains an elegant charm with traditional decorations adorning the hotel, wreaths swathed on the fireplace and exquisitely decorated trees dotted throughout the hotel.

Christmas Eve
We’ll greet you on arrival and let you settle in. There will be afternoon tea with a glass of sparkling wine served between 1pm and 3pm.
Take some time to explore the hotel and our beautiful gardens before changing for dinner.
Join us for a welcome pre-dinner drink in our Norton’s bar. Then enjoy your Christmas Eve buffet served in the Glendale Restaurant.
Christmas Day
Wake up on Christmas morning to a full Yorkshire breakfast.
Open your presents before we serve Christmas Lunch. Then you can spend the afternoon with your feet up watching the King’s Speech and enjoying the glorious walks around the grounds.
There will be Christmas Cake and Yorkshire Cheese served during the late afternoon in our lounge along with board games to entertain you.
Later on in the evening we will be serving a light supper to complete your day in style.
Boxing Day
All good things must come to an end and it’s time to say farewell. But not before you have enjoyed another hearty Yorkshire breakfast.
For those of you who would like to make the most of your time, we will happily take care of your luggage prior to your departure whilst
you go out and explore the area.
Our Christmas break is from £299 per person based on two people sharing a Classic twin or double bedroom. for a two-night stay, including all meals as above and VAT. Ask us about our upgrades packages.
