Whether you are looking to arrange a small, intimate family get together, a birthday party, baby shower, christening, celebrate a special wedding anniversary or just a very special occasion, we would be delighted to help organise your event.
Our experienced team will be on hand to help with all the finer details – from choosing where to hold your celebration with us, to the variety of food you can choose (including Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan), to the running of your celebration to ensure you create memories for all to treasure.
Private Dining
For special occasions Farington Lodge can offer the Victoria, Royal, Windsor, Balmoral and Jubilee Suites. For smaller gatherings Royal, Victoria or Windsor are ideal as they overlook either the hotels lawn or patio. For those slightly larger events the Balmoral would be ideal, for up to 130 then the Jubilee Suite with its dedicated bar that overlooks the hotels grounds would be perfect.

Funeral & Life Celebrations
Our dedicated team has many years of experience hosting funeral and life celebration receptions in Preston and Leyland, and we will ensure that every detail is attended to discreetly and sympathetically.
We can offer a choice of complimentary private rooms for your event and there is ample free car parking for your guests. The Hotel is 14 minutes from Charnock Richard Crematorium and 2 minutes from St Ambrose Church.
Special Accommodation rates are also available for guests requiring an overnight stay.
All types of refreshments for your reception are available from a reception buffet to a classic buffet, or a deluxe afternoon tea.
We will endeavour to make the day as easy as possible for you and your guests, and we can cater to any requirements, so please feel free to ask.
Charity Dinner and Events
Our purpose built Jubilee Suite is the idea venue for your next event. from with its own dedicated entrance that leads into our pre-event lounge with its own purpose built bar and cloakroom, that then through double doors leads into our main event room The Jubilee.
So, whether you are looking to organise a charity dinner, a school prom, an awards ceremony or gala dinner, we are able to create bespoke packages for any event you have in mind. From the moment we take your enquiry through to the evening itself, your event will be handled by one of our experienced team.
Packages can include a wide selection of hot and cold buffets, and desserts and coffee can be added. Alternatively we can provide a choice of three course menu’s followed with coffee and mints.
To add a celebratory feel to your evening, we can add welcome drinks such as prosecco, wine or bottled beer.
We have an excellent wine menu from around the world that can accompany your meal. For those that love to dance, we have a resident DJ to spin your favourite tunes. Table plans and name cards for you can also be arranged if you have certain seating in mind.
We host a number of charity events throughout the year and would be delighted to speak to anyone that needs help with fundraising.

Your Night to Remember. Sweep onto the red carpet through the entrance to our dedicated Jubilee Suite to enjoy your Proms. Set in several acres of grounds and gardens with a dedicated terrace for those balmy summer evenings – celebrate your Prom in style at Farington Lodge in Leyland, Preston.
