Things to do in the Lakes
At Lakeside Hotel & Spa there is plenty to see and do. We’re on the southern shores of Lake Windermere in the midst of The Lakes surrounded by breathtaking autumnal scenery. Ideal for walking, cycling, hiking or water-based activities all right on our doorstep.
Take a trip on a Windermere Lake Cruises sailing to Bowness-on-Windermere, Brockhole and Waterhead, near Ambleside from directly outside the hotel. Visit the World of Beatrix Potter with so much to see and do there is something for everyone.
Spend time exploring this Unesco World Heritage site and visit locations such as Ambleside, Bowness on Windermere, Coniston, Kendal and Windermere in The Lake District.
