Access Statement
We welcome guests with disabilities and special needs at all our nine Classic Lodges properties. All our staff are fully trained to assist disabled guests, and some of our properties – most notably Grovefield House and The Old Swan - have suitable facilities to cater for the needs of our disabled guests.
However, all our Hotels are traditional style properties which range from a former coaching inn to an Edwardian Manor houses and, whilst we endeavour to ensure that we make provision for our disabled guests, we cannot always guarantee that we can meet individual needs and requirements.
To ensure that your stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable, we request that anyone wishing to make an enquiry or booking informs us of any special needs or disability that they may have, so that we can try and meet any personal requirements.
