'The Hickstead Hotel offers an all-in wedding package in a pleasant environment organised and run by friendly, professional people. Words and glossy brochures are easy to produce but count for nothing if promises are not kept. The hotel lived up to and exceeded their promises and did exactly what they said they would. Plus they delivered it with a smile and good humour. The wedding of our daughter was day to remember for all the right reasons.' Bride's Parents, March 2010

'We just wanted to thank you personally for all your hard work in the run up to the wedding and especially on the day! Your attention to detail and unflappable nature made us feel completely at ease throughout the whole experience. So many of our friends and family commented on the exceptional customer service skills they experienced and of course the fantastic food and presentation! We are so pleased to have chosen to have our wedding at the Hickstead Hotel and we will, without a doubt, recommend the hotel to others in the future.'
