Giles Paul - General Manager
Giles has been at Hickstead since 2008, having spent the previous 15 years of his hotel career in Brighton. Since being at the Hotel he has introduced many ideas to make the guest experience at The Hickstead even better. His attention to detail and hands-on approach adds to the personal welcome you will experience here. He is more than happy to show you around the hotel with all it has to offer.
Brian Capstick - Head Chef
Brian has been at the Hickstead Hotel for over 11 years. He creates a wide range of menus to suit every ones taste and takes pride in making sure that all meals are presented in the best possible way and that only the best produce is used. He is more then happy to amend menus to allow for dietary requirements.
Dawn Hibbert - Conference and Events Coordinator
Dawn has recently joined the team at The Hickstead and brings with her a wealth of experience for organising meetings, functions and weddings, including the all-important personal touch that is needed when an event is being planned. Every one is made to feel special.
Patricia Cole - Head Receptionist
Patricia has worked at the Hickstead Hotel for over 5 years , the last three years as Head Receptionist . She pays particular attention to detail and welcomes every one with a cheerful smile. She is always happy to show guests around the hotel and to deal with any enquiries.
