At The Hickstead we have the eating experience to suit your mood. Our Oak Tree Bistro, in the very capable hands of our head chef Brian Capstick, has an exciting bistro-style menu featuring the freshest and most seasonal ingredients.  Open for dinner, it's perfect for an intimate evening or a family celebration. We are also delighted to offer private dining for small groups and private parties.

In The Grange Bar we have a varied snack menu, available at lunchtime and in the evening, for you to enjoy over the newspapers, with friends, or in a break from a business meeting. Our extensive wine list is available in the both the Restaurant and Bar.

And we serve delicious Sussex Cream Teas so you can relax with views of the Souht Downs to enjoy!
