Terms and Conditions of Classic Lodges Promotions and Offers:

• Promotional offers are subject to availability on selected dates.
• Promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer promotion or discount
• Payment cannot be made by third party vouchers.
• Maximum of three rooms can be booked on any promotion subject to availability and additional T&C’s may apply.
• Promotional Offers are based on two sharing a Classic Double/Twin Room.
• Upgrades will unless stated otherwise carry an additional supplement per room per night.
• All bookings must be guaranteed by a credit or debit card
• First night of a stay may be charged as a non-refundable deposit  at time of booking.
• Promotional offers can only be booked either via Central Reservations or via our web site.
• Promotions are only applicable to those hotels taking part.
• Classic Lodges reserves the right to amend or cancel a promotion as required.
• Cancellations of individual bookings can be made up to 2pm day prior to arrival without incurring cancellation charges.
• Cancellations of  3 or  more rooms can be made up to 2pm 7 days prior to arrival without incurring cancellation charges.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Summer Offers

Feet Up Offer
This offers and prices are valid from 19th April 2013 to 31st July 2013, include VAT, are based on two people sharing a double or twin Classic room, and are subject to availability on selected dates. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Classic Lodges offer.  Subsequent nights may be charged at a different tariff. Events and tickets are subject to availability, do not include special exhibitions charged over and above the general entry charge, and are valid for the date of your stay. Please check with the Hotel in question about opening times of gardens and houses.
 

Summer Solstice Offer
This offer and prices are valid until 31st August 2013, include VAT, are based on two people sharing a double or twin Classic room, and are subject to availability on selected dates. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Classic Lodges offer.  Subsequent nights may be charged at a different tariff. Summer Solstice tea will only be served during your stay and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Contents of the tea may vary and can be adjusted for special dietary requirements.
