Ian Catterall – General Manager
Ian started his career as a bar person whilst attending catering college. Since then he has worked for various hotel groups. He joined Classic Lodges in 2002 and was appointed General Manager of Marshall Meadows Hotel in August 2006. The business has grown and developed in that time and Ian is busy making sure Marshall Meadows is a great place for guests to stay.
Nicola Swan – Deputy General Manager
Nicola began her career at Marshall Meadows in 2000 and was promoted to Deputy General Manager in 2008. Her main priorities are running our banqueting, reception and accounts departments and she takes great pride in seeing the positive impact her hard work has on our business.
Raymond Maxwell – Head Chef
Raymond Maxwell has always enjoyed cooking, earning a place at college to train professionally. He took his first chef’s job in Stockton, and over the last 20 years has worked in a variety of establishments over the next 20 years, ranging from pubs and restaurants to hotels. He sources local ingredients where ever possible and looks forward to welcoming you to Marshall Meadows.
