Susan has a strong background in hotel management, including the management of weddings and hi-profile events in some of the country’s most prestigious hotels. Susan is passionate about delivering high standards of service and customer care, a philosophy which is reflected in her team. Adele Tatlock - Wedding Co-ordinator
Adele is our dedicated wedding co-ordinator for Farington Lodge and having married only recently, knows only too well how important your wedding day is. Adele will help guide you through planning your wedding at the hotel and knows all the right questions to ask to ensure we have all the details. Because we host only one wedding on any one day, Farington Lodge guarantees exceptional levels of care and attention on your special day.
Geraldine Boulton – Conference & Events Co-ordinator
Geraldine has many years of international customer service experience and brings her South African flair and bubbly personality to our team. Geraldine will help you plan a special occasion or gala dinner as well as assisting corporate clients with meetings and conferences.
Louise Little - Reservations Manager
Louise has many years experience in the hotel industry and will look after you as our guest. Ask her about the various types of bedrooms and activities available in and around the hotel, whether you’re making a group booking, corporate booking or just want a little R&R.
Michael Slater – Head Chef
Michael is a highly experienced chef and has created a range of menus with have earned him a loyal following. He makes a point of using the freshest of ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible. We are pleased to cater for any special dietary requirements you may have.
