Caroline Gleeson - General Manager
Caroline has over 20 years experience in the industry and joined Bagden Hall in 2008. She has spent most of her career working in city centre hotels so it’s a pleasure to be surrounded by beautiful Yorkshire countryside. She is justifiably proud of her Team who are consistently complimented on their friendliness and for ensuring wonderful memories for all .

James Firth – Reception Manager
James has been with the Hotel for over seven years and his role is to ensure that he is the font of all knowledge about Bagden Hall and the surrounding area.  James and his team are very focussed on making your stay memorable and enjoyable, and can rise to any challenge . In his spare time, James is an avid gamer .

Helen Oliver - Wedding Coordinator
Helen joined the Hotel in 2006 having spent the previous five years as a wedding co-ordinator in Cyprus. She is expert at ensuring every wedding at Bagden Hall is one to remember. She has a wealth of experience and is a truly calming influence on all concerned .

Kirsty Senior - Conference & Events Coordinator
Kirsty spends her time organising events  at the Hotel whether it be a 90th Birthday Party, one of our famous Comedy Nights or a Christmas celebration. She also deals with  all the Hotel’s conference business . In her spare time, Kirsty is a proud Mum

Jemima Puddleduck - resident on Bagden Lake
Jemima has had three clutches of ducklings this year and can be seen every day marching her youngsters from their home on the lake up to the Hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner .
